Retainer fee must be paid to secure your time & date.

The retainer fee is $100 to lock in your date for all packages.

Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE!

We will get in touch with you the week prior to your event via e-mail to verify event information and answer any questions.

Unfortunately, the retainer fee to secure your date is non-refundable no matter how far ahead your reservation date is. No exceptions.

Retainer fee will be applied towards the final cost.

Damage & cleaning deposit will be returned if play zone is free and clear of any candy, food, drinks, and damage free.

If cancelled 7 days or less no refund will be issued.

We clean every piece of equipment before and after each use.

We service locations within 20 miles of Davenport, IA 52803. There will be an additional delivery fee if your requested location is located outside of the 20 mile radius.

We can set up our Play Zones indoor or outdoor depending on weather. Outdoor set ups must be in a shaded area or canopy’s can be rented for an additional fee. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event.

Currently, we do not set up at local parks. Our play zones can be set up at a venue or at your residence.

To maintain the quality and integrity of our soft play equipment, we cannot set up on ground that is wet, sharp, very slanted, or containing animal feces. If you have rented a party package from us and we arrive to discover these conditions, your rental will be cancelled!

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

We offer indoor & outdoor set ups June-September.

October-May set ups must be indoors.
